About Us
Designing Biomolecules to Control the Functions of Life
The Inaba Laboratory was launched in April 2026 in the Graduate School of Integrated Life Science at Hiroshima University, with an affiliation to the Department of Chemistry, School of Science. Through the design of biomolecules such as peptides and proteins, we seek to understand and control the structures and dynamics of the molecular components of life. Our research focuses particularly on controlling the structures and functions of the cytoskeletons, including microtubules, developing technologies for the precise manipulation of cellular functions, and creating novel biomaterials with dynamic properties.
Recruit
The Inaba Laboratory is seeking motivated members to join us in pioneering new areas of research. We welcome those interested in pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree, as well as candidates considering applying for JSPS Research Fellowships for Young Scientists, including DC and PD fellowships.
